Tyler and Dingo in South Africa!!
South Africa is one of the most beautiful and bio diverse countries in the world and this trip will provide 10 days of animal experiences that cannot be matched anywhere else in the world! From crocodiles and venomous snakes, to giraffe, rhino, elephant and cheetah; you will be blown away every day you spend on the African continent.
Our time will be split between Dingo’s private facility in Hillcrest (just outside Durban) and a safari lodge in Zululand. Anyone between the ages of 16 and 70 can attend the tour.
In Hillcrest, we will be hosted in Dingo’s tented camp which provides a comfortable place with all the necessary amenities. All of Dingo’s animals are kept here and you will literally be surrounded by animals from sunrise to sunset. Our group will have access to wifi, kitchen, lounge area, fire pit, swimming pool, etc. For our time in Zululand, we will be staying at Duiker Game Lodge with wild African animals at our doorstep!
We will be provided three meals a day for most days, (except where we will be going out to a restaurant/attraction). Tea and coffee will be available all day at our accommodation, and we will have the opportunity to buy some snacks, cool drinks and alcoholic beverages should we wish to.
The cost of the tour will be $7500 USD and will take place in April/May 2024.
Costs include the following:
International and domestic flights from Miami to Durban, South Africa.
All airport shuttles and transport whilst in South Africa.
Three meals per day (Except for two lunches and the farewell dinner)

All activities including elephant interaction, rhino dehorning, reptile handling, cheetah sanctuary visit, bird of prey sanctuary visit, game drives and much more.

Tour will be limited to 15 people and the trip will be confirmed once ten people have booked their place. No funds will be accepted or requested until the trip is confirmed. Thereafter, a 50% deposit will be required in order to pre-book flights.
Once your deposit has been paid, no refunds will be available.
SOUTH AFRICA TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1
Transfer from King Shaka International Airport to Dingo’s Private Facility in Hillcrest, South Africa.
Settle in and relax after the flight. Facility Tour of Dingo’s private facility and a walk with sundowners at Dingo’s Animal Kingdom. This property is a 50-acre farm which will be the future home and public facility for all Dingo’s animals.
Day 2
Snake Interaction and Crocodile Feeding.
Enjoy some of the largest, rarest and most incredible snakes and crocodiles on the planet with Dingo and Tyler! Should you wish to, you will be given the opportunity to handle and feed some of these amazing animals.
Day 3
Crocworld Tour and Beach Day.
We will travel to Crocworld Conservation Centre to visit the oldest captive crocodile in the world! He is over 121 years old, weights in excess of 2500 pounds and is over 16,5 feet long. He truly is spectacular and definitely an encounter you will not forget!
South Africa has some of the best swimming beaches in the world, so we will spend the afternoon relaxing and soaking up some of the South African sun.
Day 4
Bird of Prey Sanctuary and Dingo Public Facility Tour.
South Africa is home to more birds of prey than any other country in the world. We visit a bird of prey sanctuary to see these birds up close and personal and enjoy a free-flighted raptor show and vulture feeding.
We also visit Dingo’s Farm and Reptile Park which is a public facility run by Dingo and his team. Here you will see crocodilians, deadly venomous snakes, parrots and of course a range of farmyard animals.
Day 5
Transfer to Duiker Game Lodge in the heart of Zululand, KwaZulu Natal.
En-route to the lodge, we will spend some time in a beautiful coastal forest which is home to a wide range of reptiles, birds and mammals.
After a short drive, settle in to the lodge and go on your first African game drive!
Day 6
Game Drive in Big 5 Reserve, and Frog and Scorpion night Hunt.
You cannot visit South Africa and not have an opportunity to visit one of our Big 5 game reserves. Hluluwe-Imfolozi Reserve is the oldest game reserve in Africa covering a massive 96 000 ha. Here we will drive you through the home territories of lion, elephants, rhino, buffalo, leopard and much more. You never know what you are going to see which makes it all the more exciting!
In the evening, from our base at Duiker Game Lodge we will venture out in search of local frogs, scorpion and chameleon species. This is a thrilling experience as you are surrounded by the clear night sky and the sounds of frogs and insects, as the African bush comes alive!
Day 7
Elephant Interaction and Cheetah Sanctuary.
Get your chance to interact and get hands on with Rambo, a 13 500 pound African Bull elephant. This is one of the most rewarding and unique experiences you can ever have with any animal on this planet. And one you most definitely not forget.
Then get a chance to visit a cheetah outreach program where you will get the chance to enter the enclosure with some adult cheetahs and get your photo taken up close and personal.
Day 8
Rhino Dehorning and Crocodile Park.
Here is your chance to be part of the solution to poaching, by assisting Dingo and his team in cutting edge rhino conservation work! We will join the team while they trim the horn of a wild rhino which helps to protect these animals from being poached. You will have the opportunity to be hands on with the rhino during this process and it is guaranteed to be one of the most moving and transformative experiences of your life.
We will then visit a local crocodile and snake park where we will have the opportunity to work with and feed some crocodiles.
Day 9
St Lucia Hippo Tour and Transfer back to Dingos Private Facility in Hillcrest.
St Lucia is a natural heritage site on the St Lucia estuary, and is the only place in the world where you can get within touching distance of wild hippos and still be safe. Here we will relax and enjoy a 2 hour cruise on the estuary, keeping an eye out for crocodiles, hippos and a wide range of bird life.
Tonight being our last night together, so we will enjoy our farewell dinner.
Day 10
Transfer to King Shaka International Airport Durban.
